It is the pride we take, not only in the bows we produce, but also steeped deep in the roots of the Native American culture that takes you back to a time when our country relied upon their tools for survival, that is the driving force behind Lakota Archery to produce the finest hunting and target archer bows in America.
Located on the Cheyenne River Reservation, in Timber Lake, South Dakota, we use over 40 years’ of experience and Native American Craftsmanship in the production of high quality, innovative and affordable bows for the serious hunter and target archer.
When you have only one shot, don’t take a chance – take a Lakota bow!
The culture behind Lakota Archery is the key to our mission and success. In the Lakota tradition, from the Sioux word “tiospaye” (tee-oh-sh-pay) which means “the people with whom one lives,” we embrace the core philosophy of an extended family.
Our mission is to foster the concept of tiospaye and expand the concept of a caring community to all those whom we come in contact with - From senior management, to our employees, to our suppliers, to the local community, to the hunter in the field, we are all family and treated with respect and welcomed with open arms…
We will give back to the communities in our extended family - charitably, as good stewards of our resources.
